WRITING STYLE
"Super-human's" story is written around several characters; flipping back and forth between characters each chapter. Although it can be a little confusing at first, it keeps the plot fast-paced because you can see the story progress with each character. I found that as you get further into the story, it's easier to keep track of the switches without getting lost. Something that the author does well is use very descriptive language, so that you can paint an accurate picture of the action packed fight scenes, as well as what a character looks like, what they're using, what happened to them, etc. Despite having the stories of various characters, the book does not ever use a first person approach, but stays in third person. Interestingly, the first page of every chapter is written with white text on a grey background, which can make it a little difficult to read.
